Bella Mar is a 55+ community of condo buildings in the heart Deerfield Beach. It offers easy access to the city's waterfront attractions, such as Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier, and Deerfield Island Park. Being located on the Federal Highway, residents can also reach bordering Boca Raton quickly. Constructed in the late 70s, it is made up of 90 units across 3 three-story buildings. The buildings utilize outdoor catwalks, elevators, and shared laundry facilities. Homes range from 692 to 984sqft, with 1 or 2 bedroom floor plans available. Some units contain in-unit laundry hookups, and all units feature screened balconies overlooking the community's central gardens. The buildings are managed by Bella Mar Condominium Association, Inc., which provides cable, maintenance, and parking for one vehicle (guest parking may be used for a second vehicle).
