Barrington at Poinciana

Barrington is a 55 and over micro-community within the Poinciana golf course community located in Lake Worth Beach FL.  The main community is comprised of around 1,500 mixed design homes, mapped throughout shimmering Florida waterways and the Poinciana golf course.  1986 Barrington accounts for 64 of these homes, each with 1-3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with total square footage ranging between 880 and 1,268.  The community offers terrific amenities to encourage a healthy, active adult lifestyle.  There is golf, tennis, shuffleboard, and an exercise room.  The clubhouse is dynamic and includes a restaurant, billiards, a community room, a library, and a game room.  Additional amenities include a swimming pool, bocce ball, and miles of well-kept sidewalks with streetlights for jogging, walking, and biking.  Poinciana is close to the Turnpike, pristine parks such as Okeeheelee Park, and local farmers markets like Green House Bazaar.
