It is comprised of a mix of single-story attached villas, and two-story attached townhomes, with 255 homes in total. Units range from 629 to 1,573 square feet, and feature 1 to 3 bedrooms, 1 to 2.5 bathrooms, shared yard space, and screened porches. Townhomes, and some villas include attached garages, in-unit laundry, and eat-in kitchens. The community is governed by The Arbours of the Palm Beaches Condominium Association, Inc., which provides cable, upkeep, and a range of amenities including an active clubhouse, 2 pools, tennis, shuffleboard, picnic area, and more. Sidewalks are available throughout the community as well. The association permits one small, non-aggressive dog or cat, and leasing after two years of ownership. Trucks, commercial vehicles, and recreational vehicles are prohibited. Arbours of the Palm Beaches is near I-95, the Florida Turnpike, the Brightline/Tri-Rail train systems, and the Palm Beach International Airport.
