These units are housed in two and four-story buildings that are situated on 39 acres of tropically landscaped grounds. Floorplans range from 610 to 1,006 square feet with one to two bedrooms and one to two bathrooms. The community is managed by Abbey Village Condominium Association, INC prohibits pets, non-passenger vehicles, and corporate buyers. Owners may lease units after the first year of ownership. This active adult community provides first-class amenities including a clubhouse, a large auditorium with regularly scheduled entertainment, a card room, library, billiards, a fitness center, two pools, and shuffleboard. Abbey Village is near the Florida Turnpike and I-95, and is just over five miles from Downtown Delray Beach with a plethora of dining options and entertainment venues.
