Kings Point is a gated 55 Plus Community located near Jog and W Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach, FL - here's a MAP.  There are over 7,000 well-kept 1973-1985 condos within multi-unit buildings, either one or two stories in size, with various architectural styles.  Each of these adorable Old Florida charmers offers up to 1,052 in total square footage, 1-2 bedrooms, and 1-2 baths, all with elevators and assigned parking.  Many units feature screened patios with gorgeous views, including rolling golf greens, vibrant gardens with meticulous tropical landscapes, and quaint freshwater lakes.

There are three sections in Kings Point: Brittany, Flanders, and Monaco.  Each micro-community has an entrance and clubhouse, and all operate under the same primary association.  Kings Point Association, Inc. maintains the exterior aesthetics of the community, manages its 24-hour security, and oversees the world-class amenities.  Residents enjoy the conveniences, including three clubhouses, an 18-Hole golf course, tennis center, pickleball, shuffleboard, fitness center, swimming pools, two restaurants, a library, and numerous social and special interest clubs.  Located in central Delray Beach, Kings Point has six entrances, allowing residents easy access to every side of the city. I-95, the Tri-Rail, and Turnpike are all within a few miles, alongside all of Downtown Delray's excitement.

Delray Beach is the 4th largest city in Palm Beach County and is widely known as the"Village By The Sea."  Atlantic Ave has a mini Miami flare paired with that small town, down-to-earth, friendly vibe.  The city is hopping with many unique, fun, and exciting events, plus countless locally owned businesses, restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries, live music, and comedy venues.  Plus, the sandy beaches of the Atlantic ocean offer all the fun in the sun!
